- WhatsApp/Telegram: phone number, username, and profile picture (if publicly visible).
- E-mail: email address and sender’s name.
2. Purpose of Data Processing
The provided data will be used exclusively for:

- Organizing meetings, consultation sessions, or preparing commercial offers.
- Sending operational communications necessary for carrying out professional activities.
3. Legal Basis
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the user’s voluntary consent, expressed by sending a message or email, as well as for the performance of pre-contractual or contractual obligations related to the provision of consulting services.
4. Data Retention
The data and communication history will be stored on the servers of the respective platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, email provider) and on the devices of the Data Controller for the period necessary to manage professional relationships and comply with legal obligations (for example, invoicing requirements).
5. User Rights and Withdrawal of Consent
In accordance with the GDPR, the user has the right at any time to request access to their data, its correction, or deletion.
At any time, the user may request the removal of their phone number from the Data Controller’s contacts or the deletion of the chat history by sending a simple message containing the text “CANCELLAMI” or “REVOCA CONSENSO” (“WITHDRAW CONSENT”) directly through the communication channel used.
